Simultaneous

I have played against top grandmasters only 4 times, over the board. I have the only result of a draw against GM Aaron Summerscale to show for it. I have also played the World Champion, this was on the internet in 2007 i.e. GM Vishy Anand and got hammered though I played on until checkmate on move 40. Recently on the internet I played one time runner up in the Ukrainian Championship, Pavel Eljanov and lost in 41 moves. I have played Black in every one of the simuls. Also recently I played USA number 3 Timur Greev and he beat me though not without me scaring him by going 3 pawns up.
The other GM's I have played otb have been GM Nigel Short, a great hero of mine, the well respected GM Daniel King and GM Murray Chandler. I lost to all three players because I was caught out by a moment of good play by all but I gave a creditable performance in all three games.  I have also played otb Woman International Master and British Ladies Champion, Sarah Hegarty with a draw in a Pirc as Black.
After covid I played in a simul against GM Keith Arkell and got a draw in a fantasticly complex game.
All the Simuls are in the best games section but the Murray Chandler, and Pavel Eljanov games are not and are given here.
