Alan Llewellyn BSc - I am an experienced International Tournament entering chess player, I also have lecturing experience.

I have played in weekend tournaments, leagues and for my county and am a valued member of the local cumbria club scene.  I am an english chess federation member and also have an international rating with FIDE (the world chess organisation body).

Successes include:-

• Second position in the Cumbria County Championships
• Third position in a regional tournament
• Entered the top world tournament the isle of man masters in 2014
• played in a number of international tournaments
• played for the Cumbria county team

I have lectured chess for several years online including teaching many juniors but also adults
